PHYSICAL

ASSESSMENT

We all come into training at different levels of fitness, having an extensive physical assessment is crucial when writing a tailored fitness program that's specific to your physical needs.

MOBILITY

STABILITY

Mobility and Stability/Balance are the first points of call in a program if they are required, we have to get those joints moving correctly before we start getting into the heavier work.

STRENGTH

SPEED

This is the fun stuff, this is where you get to build your strength and speed to take your game to another level, this is what the pro's do almost everyday and now it's your turn.

RESILIENCE

I have no doubt, that when you reach this point of your training, you will be hitting the ball a lot further already, we can take this further while remaining resilient against common wrist, back and shoulder injuries.

If you shoot low scores my golf fitness coaching will be the edge you need to go even lower, the more balanced, the more mobile and the more golf specific strength you have the better golfer you will be, throw golf specific speed and power training on top of that to enjoy more distance and accuracy from tee to green.

High handicappers, weekend warriors don't be concerned about arranging an assessment, golf is a game to be enjoyed by everyone at every level, don't let fatigue, stiffness, pain or injury hamper what you enjoy in life, let's work together to make your game and your life easier on the body and no doubt make you a better golfer at the same time.
