We all come into training at different levels of fitness, having an extensive physical assessment is crucial when writing a tailored fitness program that's specific to your physical needs.
Mobility and Stability/Balance are the first points of call in a program if they are required, we have to get those joints moving correctly before we start getting into the heavier work.
This is the fun stuff, this is where you get to build your strength and speed to take your game to another level, this is what the pro's do almost everyday and now it's your turn.
I have no doubt, that when you reach this point of your training, you will be hitting the ball a lot further already, we can take this further while remaining resilient against common wrist, back and shoulder injuries.
